Yeah, Felix died.
He was REALLY old.. so it wasn't like it was unexpected.. it was just a shame. A month or so ago, he lost all movement in his back legs. He wasn't particularly sick.. he just couldn't walk so well. He didn't really seem to mind though.. being hand fed and carried around everywhere seemed to make Felix quite happy.. Just before he died, he had actually started to walk properly. It took about two weeks of 'swimming lessons' in the laundry sink.. but he really was walking. I was fucking ecstatic, because I thought that it may lengthen his life slightly, but obviously I was wrong. And now my room feels empty. =/ |
